Return and Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product was delivered in a damaged or defective condition.
  • You received the wrong product (e.g., a different variant or size).
  • The product is expired.
  • The product remains unused and in its original packaging, with the seal intact.

Note : Returns are not applicable for products that have been used, unsealed, or tampered with, except in cases of quality concerns.

2. Timeframe for Returns

Domestic Orders: Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Provide Proof: Share clear photographs of the product, packaging, and any visible damage or issue.
  • Approval: Once your request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label or instructions for returning the product.

4. Refund Policy

  • Damaged/Defective Products: A full refund will be processed to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong product, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund based on your preference.
  • Non-Returnable Cases: If the product is returned but does not meet the above conditions, no refund will be issued, and the product will be sent back at your expense.

Refund Timeframes:

  • Credit/Debit Card Payments: 7-10 business days.
  • UPI/Net Banking: 5-7 business days.
  • Wallet Refunds (if applicable): 2-3 business days.

5. Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace a product, please initiate a return and place a new order.

7. Non-Returnable Products

The following products are non-returnable:

  • Products purchased during promotional sales, unless defective.
  • Bulk/Wholesale orders unless damaged during transit.
  • Free gifts or promotional items.

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order or before the product is shipped. Post-shipping, the standard return policy will apply.

Non Refundable

This item is non-returnable due to the nature of the product.

  • For a Damaged, Defective, Wrong or expired item, you can request a refund or replacement within 5 days of delivery
  • You will need to share the image of the item and its defects through Your Orders for a refund/replacement.
